    Please redeem your tickets at Concourse level of the 360 CHICAGO Observation Ticket Desk by presenting a printed copy of your voucher.

  • Driving directions:
    Traveling from the West, take the Eisenhower Expressway, I-290, which becomes Congress Parkway. Continue east to Michigan Avenue turn North on Michigan Avenue to the John Hancock Center.
    Traveling from the South, take the Dan Ryan Expressway to the Ohio Street exit. Go east on Ohio Street to Michigan Avenue, North on Michigan Avenue to the John Hancock Center.
    Traveling from the North, via the Edens Expressway, I-94, merge with the Kennedy Expressway, I-90, continue on the Kennedy to Ohio Street exit, go east on the Ohio Street exit, to Michigan Avenue, north on Michigan Avenue to the John Hancock Center.
    Traveling from the South via Lake Shore Drive, exit at Monroe Street go west on Monroe Street to Michigan Avenue, go north on Michigan Avenue to the John Hancock Center.
    Arriving by mass transit:
    Traveling from Union or Northwestern Stations, take the CTA’s 125 Water Tower Express bus to the John Hancock Center.
  • Non-reserved parking is available at the John Hancock Center garage. Vehicle clearance is 6 feet 7 inches.
    (All guests of the 360 CHICAGO are entitled to a 5 USD discount on parking in the John Hancock Center.)
